Assosiasi Profesi Broker Berjangka yang berdiri di Surabaya pada tanggal 15 november 2007 dengan akte notaris No.03 Notaris Sugianto Hasto SH dan terdaftar di Departemen Hukum & HAM Negara Republik Indonesia. Asosiasi ini didirikan dengan maksud serta tujuan sebagai wadah berkumpulnya komunitas broker berjangka Indonesia dengan membentuk wacana-wacana yang progresif, aktual dalam mengembangkan komunitas, profesionalitas, etika, serta lainya sesuai dengan AD/ART ABBI, ketentuan umum,serta hukum yang berlaku mengingat perkembang profesi broker berjangka dan trader berjangka yang sangat pesat di Indonesia.
